Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician - Inspire Healthcare : Job Details

Schedule:Monday Friday, 8am 5pm; weekends off; rotating on-call (phone only, a few nights/weekends per month)

Time Off:17 days PTO, 6 sick days, 12 paid holidays

Relocation & Sign-On:Up to $50,000 relocation assistance; $10,000 sign-on bonus

Work Model:Manage a smaller patient panel for deeper relationships and impactful, holistic care; includes home visits

• Provide comprehensive, value-based primary care to seniors in a PACE program

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

• Focus on long-term, meaningful relationships with patients

  Requirements

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics

  • Eligible to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
