Job Summary
This position is key to a maintain a successful partnership between Promise Health Plan and their key account(s). The Internal Account Manager will handle day-to-day customer service issues and will help track issues and document them to resolution as well as identify opportunities for improvement in products and services.Essential Functions

Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree. Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or Business preferred.
Experience - Five (5) years of account management in a health insurance company role.
