The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will have the opportunity to assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Job Responsibilities Learn full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding Train on the use of applicant tracking system and sourcing tools Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent Work with the team members to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis Support the coordination of virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, and recruitment event planning Assist with the creation of recruitment-related reports and analytics Develop a working relationship with busine...Talent, Talent Acquisition, Intern, Acquisition, Business Services
