Job Description Summary:HR intern (Talent Acquisition Focus) will provide various administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in HR. This internship is full-time (40 hours/week) for a year.Job Description: Learn the recruitment process by shadowing a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiter (s) Learn how to utilize Workday Resume reviewing and pre-screening Schedule candidate phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews while ensuring an engaging candidate experience Generate ideas for recruitment marketing and an opportunity to conduct market research Updating job postings, assisting job fairs and external events. Clerical work as needed Korean/English bilingual is required for this position due to business needs. Working hours: On-site, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM (30 min. unpaid lunch break) Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.We offer a competitive benefits package!(*Eligibility may vary.)

The anticipated compensation range is18.00 - 30.00 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
