Intern, Manufacturing Engineer - Dover Corporation : Job Details

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer. This role provides the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a production environment, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, and optimizing production workflows. Youll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. Support data collection and analysis related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality. Help design and implement tools, fixtures, or process modifications. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and operations.
