To support our People & Culture team with day-to-day operations, focusing on basic compensation tasks and maintaining accurate employee records. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to help the team automate processes. Compensation Support: Assist in gathering and organizing compensation data for internal analysis. Support the preparation of compensation reports and spreadsheets. Help maintain salary and job classification records. HR Operations: Update and maintain employee records. Assist in documenting processes and standard operating procedures. Help maintain employee data confidentiality and integrity. Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate headcount information General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Participate in HR meetings and contribute to team projects. Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
