They are currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their Healthcare division in their New York City office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the architectural industry, with a strong background in healthcare projects within New York. The requirements of the role are:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience in the architectural industry.
• Extensive experience with healthcare projects in New York.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee healthcare design projects.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to healthcare architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino (V-Ray, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max a plus).
