Responsibilities:
Establishes and oversees administrative procedures and necessary corrective actions to meet objectives/requirements set by the board of directors and senior management.Ensures all departments are following regulatory agencies policies and procedures.Maintains ICF/ID certification of the facility by the Agency for Health Care Administration and participates in the annual Medicaid audit, completing Plan of Corrective Action (POC) as needed.Oversees the day-to-day operation of the cluster, ensuring the facility runs smoothly.Ensures appropriate staff ratios and excellent service delivery to clients.Ensures a homelike environment for clients.Ensures departments work together within the cluster to provide continuous Active Treatment per the ICF/ID regulations.Develops an annual budget and reviews monthly; takes corrective action to maintain spending within budget.Supervises consultants and oversees consultant contracts.Oversees vendors and service delivery.Uses resources wisely.Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports; establishes clear performance expectations and evaluates the work of direct reports.Addresses less than satisfactory work performance and/or violations of Policies and Procedures of all cluster employees with corrective action.Conducts Management Meetings regularly.Provides training as needed.Assists all departments in employee recognition and staff retention.Oversees risk management activities to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.Participates in on-call duties to ensure 24-hour administrative coverage of the facility and other facilities as needed.Monitors staff and client activities for potential abuse, neglect, and exploitation of clients; determines appropriate actions and notifications in the event of such occurrences.Ensures appropriate follow-up so corrective action is taken and documented in the event of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.Updates Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and submits to the County Office of Emergency Management for approval annually.Ensures compliance with Quest's policies and procedures; updates Policies and Procedures as needed.Attends and participates in all required meetings and training.Ensures all areas of the facility are clean, including the Director's office.Ensures facility is neat and clean, furniture is in good repair, and all equipment is in working order.Ensures vans and buses are in good repair and clean.Ensures outside areas are clean and free of debris; oversees ground maintenance.Submits work orders as needed and follows to completion.Reports to work during inclement weather (hurricanes) to ensure emergency procedures are in place and are followed; oversees evacuation process if needed.Completes other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.At least one-year experience as a QIDP required.Florida Driver's License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future.Effectively communicate at all levels, write, and speak English using acceptable grammar, punctuation, and spelling; understand and follow multi-step written and verbal instructions.Review, interpret, and implement AHCA/Federal ICF/IID regulations.Use functional math, analyze, and assess data, and determine appropriate actions.Organize and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.Work independently without constant supervision and complete work tasks to completion.Gather and analyze information in crisis situations, and make immediate decisions.Problem-solve and use good judgement when making decisions.Conduct self in a professional and courteous manner.Keep information confidential and refrain from gossip; set appropriate professional boundaries with all staff.Proficiently use a computer.Delegate work to maximize efficiency.Develop staff for further growth opportunities in the company.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
