Wolcott Architecture (WA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for managing specific firm projects, including medium-large scale commercial interior architecture and tenant improvements. The Sr PM ensures project compliance with contractual agreements, and completion within designated timeframes and budgets.
This role involves client interaction and experience with project and design presentations.

Experience Required:
- A minimum of 15 years of technical and supervisory experience in the interiors/architectural field, focusing on project management and design.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Broad knowledge of architectural and interior planning, design, and construction, including relevant materials and practices. Capable of preparing schematic layouts, overseeing bid and construction documents, and managing construction administration.
- Detailed knowledge of construction costs, with proficiency in preparing cost comparison spreadsheets.
- Full responsibility for daily operations of interior architectural and tenant improvement projects.
- Skilled in negotiating and preparing contracts, proposals, work authorizations, and identifying project assumptions, exclusions, and additional services.
- Knowledgeable in lighting design practices, capable of preparing schematic lighting layouts, and overseeing lighting construction documents and administration.
- Responsible for obtaining and negotiating consultant contracts and coordinating with consultants.
- Proactive in working with staff to foster a positive environment for learning and professional growth.
- Represents Wolcott positively within the design, vendor, and client communities.
- Assists in business development by pitching projects as a design leader, with or without Principal involvement.
- Builds and maintains relationships with existing clients, brokers, and developers to generate business for the office.
