Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Independent Interior Design Professional to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional interior design services to our clients, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and create detailed plans and specifications for each project.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
• Develop design concepts that align with clients' needs and vision
• Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings to illustrate design concepts
• Will work closely with our clients in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that enhance the overall design
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design process

Requirements:

***Proven experience as an interior designer, preferably in a freelance capacity

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and creative skills
• Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 Design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Must have excellent drafting skills in Autocad and / or 20-20 Design
