Job Details A New York medical center is seeking their next Interim NICU Manager! The Position

• An Interim NICU Manager is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of the 15-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Key responsibilities include managing patient care delivery, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring staff compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive NICU leadership experience and strong clinical expertise. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• BSN is required MSN is strongly preferred.
• Active NYS RN license is required.
• Active NRP certification is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
