Interim Manager, Operating Room - HCT Healthcare Transformation : Job Details

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Operating Room Nurse Manager, responsible for Endo, PACU, OR and PAT, at a 400+ bed facility in Southern California.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of recent OR management; Able to prioritize effectively according to department needs and ability to organize a large number of changing variables; Strong communication, writing and inter-personal abilities, including skills such as attitude, diplomacy and persuasiveness, analytical ability, strong judgment and managerial skills
• License: California RN license required
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Computer Skills: Information systems experience (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite
