Job Description :

Position: Interim FP&A Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Consumer Product Manufacturing/Wholesale client to fill an Interim FP&A Manager position. This assignment is expected to last 3-6 months and requires hands-on experience in monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.   • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes across retail and wholesale operations
  • Maintain and enhance financial models for revenue, operating expenses, and full P&L forecasting
  • Assist in month-end close by validating actuals, preparing journal entries, and reconciling key accounts
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to manage expenses, review variances, and align financial priorities
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role
  • Background in retail, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution industries
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, variance analysis, sensitivity modeling)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Schedule
  • 9 - 5 PM (35 hour work week)
  • T, W, TH in office (M, F remote) in Manhattan
