Interim Compliance Analyst - Major, Lindsey & Africa : Job Details

Major, Lindsey & Africa's client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Interim Compliance Analyst to support their compliance operations during a critical engagement period. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, data analytics, and transaction auditing. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations, with a focus on expense transaction reviews and data integrity.

OverviewInterim Compliance Analyst (T-P)

Company: Medical device company based in Lewisville, TX

Experience: 2-3+ years of experience

Location: Remote OK // DFW Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of expense transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Analyze data sets and generate reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and improve processes
• Maintain and update compliance documentation and tracking tools
• Support the development and refinement of compliance analytics dashboards
• Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3+ years in a compliance role within a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Familiarity with data sheets, analytics tools, and audit tracking systems
• Prior experience conducting expense transaction audits (preferred)
