Principal - Advisory, Interim and Consultancy

Fractional Chief Financial Officer - 2-3 days a week

Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer on a fractional basis (2–3 days per week) to help guide the business through its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will be an operationally grounded and strategically minded executive who can build trust across the C-suite, board, and broader organisation, while also getting hands-on experience with the day-to-day realities of scaling a CDMO. This person will have experience scaling from unprofitable to breakeven, managing tight cash flow, working directly with demanding investors, and building high-quality financial infrastructure in a lean environment.

Key Experience & Skills:

• Strong experience as a CFO or at VP Finance level
• Background in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences sector
• Experience in venture-backed or private equity–backed organisations
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with clear, concise communication to the board
