• To assist the principal in fulfilling his chief responsibility of promoting the educational well-being of each student in curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
• Proven experience in educational leadership;
• Experience in teaching (minimum of 5 years); and
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and laws;
• Supervising certificated staff members and teaching assistants;
• Performing staff observations and evaluations;
• Collaborating with families and staff to ensure a safe, supportive and welcoming environment;
• Assisting with management of facilities.

Requirements:

• NJDOE Principal Certification or eligibility.

Salary Range: $550.00-$700.00/Per Diem Additional Employment Requirements:

• Approved criminal history background check for district 3710
• Pass the Trash approval
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Current residency in New Jersey or approved residency waiver, or candidate agreement to obtain residency within one year of employment.
