Program Coverage Area- Region1: Camden, Gloucester and Salem AND Region 2: Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May and Cumberland

Program Overview: Youth Villages Intercept program is an evidence-based structured program that serves a broad population of youth, including those involved with multiple child-serving systems and those at high risk of removal from their families. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. This position is responsible for providing intensive home-based therapy to families involved with DCP&P and requires a flexible and non-traditional schedule, designed around the availability of the youth and families served.

Position Summary:A full-time position providing supervision, oversight and development of 4 supervisors and 2 administrative staff in the effective implementation and management of the Youth Villages Intercept evidence-based program. The program director is responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness and compliance of program documentation and in providing program components necessary for effective services. As a leader, professional communication and collaboration within the program and with external stakeholders and partners is expected.

As an integrated health organization, Acenda values the use of evidence-based practice or EBP's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day clinical and administrative oversight to 4 Family Intervention Specialists

• Weekly development meetings and supervision with Specialists, including field visits

• Weekly group supervision facilitation

• Collaborate with the program director, DCF's Office of Family Preservation and Reunification, DCP&P, Youth Villages and peers, to ensure effective implementation of the Intercept program

• Case coverage as needed

• Complete necessary documentation required for Youth Villages Intercept and Acenda.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in social services required.

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to facilitate positive interactions and work collaboratively with others.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.

• Must be detail-oriented, be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, psychology or other directly related to human services field
• Clinical licensure preferred

Additional Information

• Base rate: $80,000-$85,000 ; depending on degree and experience
• Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient.
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 to welcome you to our team!
• Schedule: Flexible, evening availability to support staff
