Job Details

Location: Bronx Campus, New York City

Pay Range: $82,326 - $104,230 per year (provided by NYS OMH; actual salary based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Risk Management Department and supervise Clinical Risk Managers.
• Conduct investigations, review reports, and ensure compliance with OMH standards.
• Respond to incidents, communicate with senior staff, and collaborate with outside agencies.
• Attend meetings and serve as a representative of the Risk Management Department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience providing or linking individuals to services, with 50% having mental health or related diagnoses.
• Substitution: Master's degree can substitute for 1 year of experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred.
