Intelisys: Business Development Manager - Northern California Region - ScanSource : Job Details

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the Northern California Region. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sales of the Intelisys opportunity to assigned Sales Partners. The role involves working closely with existing Business Development Managers/Directors to grow sales within a specific group of Sales Partners in a designated region.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a proactive sales approach to maximize revenue and growth from assigned partners.
• On-boarding new sales partners and supporting their development through the second year.
• Driving sales of enhanced services and other identified opportunities.
• Achieving 100% of annual targets for net billings, gross commissions, and profits from assigned partners.
• Managing relationships and marketing efforts with Sales Partners.
• Participating in regional events and training sessions.
• Resolving issues and escalations with problem-solving skills.
• Traveling as necessary to nurture relationships.

Minimum qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in telecom products, UCaaS, cloud computing, or related sales, preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Key relationships: Senior Management, Sales Partners, Supplier Reps, Support Teams, Co-Founders.

Compensation: Base salary: $108,000-$114,000; Total compensation: $180,000-$190,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
