The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing operations or sales leader ready to step into a company-wide leadership role. This position is not for a career corporate executive seeking a guaranteed $200K base. This is for someone who is ready to help lead a growing service business and earn their upside by producing real results.
As the COO/Integrator, you will work directly with the owner to drive strategy execution and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. You'll take ownership of performance metrics, people management, accountability systems, and department alignment. This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, sees inefficiencies as opportunities, and has the drive to scale a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sales, service, and office administration teams.
- Implement and drive the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): Weekly Level 10 meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, and accountability structures.
- Translate the owner's vision into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Optimize systems, processes, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor company-wide KPIs and adjust resources or strategy to meet performance goals.
- Mentor and develop department heads to foster leadership and ownership.
- Improve service capacity, install coordination, and speed-to-service metrics.
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of field and support staff in collaboration with HR or department leads.
- Support the sales process and ensure alignment between marketing, inside sales, and field operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams in operations, sales, general management, or service delivery.
- Track record of improving operational performance, managing people, and hitting growth targets.
- Comfortable with financials, KPIs, labor efficiency, and margin management.
- Background in home services, automotive dealerships, franchise operations, or a similar performance-driven business preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
- Strong communication skills, team-first attitude, and ability to enforce accountability.
- Experience with EOS is a major plus.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $125,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000 per year, based on company revenue, profit, and leadership KPIs
- Long-Term Incentive: Performance-based long-term bonuses after year one
