Integrated Senior Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for an Integrated Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team! This person will be a member of the McCann NY team and will be sitting directly and embedded with the client in Boston, MA. You will be fully immersed within their business and support a global brand that is a leader in its category and is creating breakthrough, award-winning marketing.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Integrated Marketing, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management for large-scale omnichannel, integrated marketing campaigns, including paid media advertising, social, search, public relations, web/digital, direct marketing, and events.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the management of award-winning marketing campaigns and programs. We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to our client and support the larger team in creating revolutionary work.
What you will do...
- Partner with cross-functional marketing team and agency partners to build and manage schedules for large-scale integrated campaigns globally
- Lead development and management integrated and detailed project plans
- Proactively communicate key deadlines and ensure everyone is on track with deliverables
- Facilitate coordination and identify opportunities for greater integration across teams for better cohesion globally
- Support on project management for compliance submissions and reviews, maintaining a high attention to detail to ensure implementation of feedback and thorough understanding of process
- Build and manage relationships with team members and partner agencies that are working remotely and/or in various markets across the country and globe
- Identify areas for improvement in project management across initiatives globally for integrated campaigns
- Identify project risks and blockers, and proactively escalate and resolve them
- Track Compliance deadlines and work with team on timelines and management for renewals
- Lead post-project retrospectives to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Champion integrated thinking and foster collaboration between cross-functional teams
Who you will be...
- 6+ years of project management in marketing/advertising
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required
- Experience in building timelines and project management for large-scale integrated marketing campaigns either in-house or agency-side
- Proven success in managing complex integrated marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows and processes
- Experience with a highly regulated industry and compliance processes
- Strong communicator - verbally, visually, and in writing
- Showcase curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and track a wide variety of activities and strong attention to detail
- Agility and nimbleness in a constantly changing competitive landscape
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management system
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
