This isn't a back-office job. You'll be on the ground floor of program success, collaborating with clinics, patients, and community partners while shaping how Integral Health scales nationwide. High performers can grow quickly into
Program Manager or Regional Operations Leadroles with expanded ownership of markets, clients, and teams.
What You'll DoOwn the day-to-day execution of Collaborative Care programs, ensuring clinics and patients are supported from enrollment through outcomes tracking.
Act as the bridge between Integral Health and local practices, health systems, and community organizations.
Drive patient enrollment through outreach campaigns, tracking metrics, and solving bottlenecks.
Monitor key performance metrics (enrollment, engagement, outcomes, ROI) and surface insights to leadership and clinic partners.
Spot inefficiencies, propose improvements, and standardize workflows as we scale.
Support new market launches and help stand up new provider partnerships.

$22–35/hour (higher for hybrid with added local coordination responsibilities)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (healthcare administration, public health, business, or related preferred).
