Position Overview:

The Intake Coordinator serves as the first contact for incoming patient referrals and plays a key role in coordinating care for new clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily incoming patient referrals from hospitals, case managers, insurance providers, and families.

  • Qualifications:
