Intake Specialist - University of Minnesota, Twin Cities : Job Details

Statement of Responsibilities:Provide screening and assessment service to the eligible clientele of Boynton Health. Serve as consultant and liaison to the other members of the Health Service staff and the faculty and staff of the University community. The Intake Specialist must abide by the by-laws of the Boynton Health and policies or regulations as established by the Medical Staff, the Regents of the University of Minnesota and the laws of the State of Minnesota. Detailed Job Responsibilities:Provide Intake screening and assessment services to a diverse group of University of Minnesota students, which may include:triaging students in-person, online, or via phone to screen presenting concerns and/or needs. Make recommendations regarding access to services and resources that may address the students presenting concerns and/or needs. Crisis prevention and intervention.
