Job DescriptionCompany located in central El Paso is looking for an Intake Specialist. Duties include: Providing information about the ABA Clinic and obtain documents required to enroll in program whether by phone, email or walk-in basis. Assist the ABA Medical Biller in obtaining authorizations to ensure payment for services. Ensure all documentation is received and in order to intake a new client. Obtain insurance authorizations if required. Collection of payments. Communicating with clients via phone or email regarding issues with intake documents, payments, etc. Education and Experience Electronic Medical Record experience a must. Exceptional customer service skills. Advanced communication and organizational skills. Spanish speaking a must. High school diploma/GED required. Pay rate is $14/hr. Position could become full time with the company.
