Right at Home Northwest Indiana is looking for a driven and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our award-winning team. If you have experience in home care, home health, or customer service - and you're ready to help families find the quality care they need - we want to hear from you! This is a full-time, salaried role with benefits, bonus opportunities, and career growth potential. What You'll Do • Respond to and follow up with new client inquiries by phone, email, and web. • Educate families on services and guide them through the intake process. • Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and community outreach. • Track leads and report on conversion rates using CRM systems. • Assist with case management and collaborate with our care team to ensure client success. What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Experience in home care, home health, healthcare, or customer service preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Ability to work some evenings and weekends. • Comfort with CRM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
