Job DescriptionCandidates for this position must reside in NM, TX, UT, WA, OR DE. JOB CATEGORY: MENTAL HEALTH / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / ASSESSMENT / SOCIAL WORK / THERAPIST / REMOTEPOSITION SUMMARY: The Intake Coordinator is an independently licensed mental health professional who provides initial (both psychosocial and diagnostic) assessment, case management, short-term interventions, triage, and referral services to all potential client calls to the PMS Behavioral Health program. QualificationsREQUIREMENTSEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Three years of experience in mental health treatment field with a minimum of one year of assessment/intake/triage experience for a full caseload of clients or for an agency.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • New Mexico State licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor, or social worker is required. Must be Independently licensed in New Mexico as an LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, and/or LPAT. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment:
  • Criminal Records Check.
$500 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUSBONUSES
  • All bonuses subject to tax withholding and eligibility requirements.
  • Current employees are not eligible for sign-on bonus when transferring to a remote role.
