Structure.pdf Job Summary: The full-time Assessment Coordinator is a core member of the student recruitment and assessment team at Temple University's Workforce Education and Lifelong Learning Program (WELL). The WELL Program is an Adult Literacy Agency funded by PDE that assists individuals with attaining their high school equivalency diploma, improving English language skills, and preparing students for college & career opportunities. The assessment coordinator assists with overseeing standardized and proprietary assessments conducted on Main Campus or at partner organizations and is responsible for tracking student progress during pretest and posttest completion and assisting with student academic improvement.
