Insurance Support Specialist This is a wonderful role to start on a career path in Commercial Insurance! The Support Specialist is responsible for duties including: retrieving, analyzing, and processing documents and data for the Commercial and Personal Lines departments. This position requires working daily with insurance carriers, vendors and internal staff. How You will be Compensated:
  • $19-$25/hr Depending on Experience

What You will Do: Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear.
  • You will work 5 days a week in our beautiful San Luis Obispo Office
  • Performs processing duties including:
    • Cross-trained on all outsourced tasks
    • Manages and routes incoming mail and email from clients and carriers
    • Maintains client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
    • Assists Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Service and Personal Lines teams on various tasks and special projects
  • Executes basic client servicing requests
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Professional demeanor
  • Positive work ethic
