Through a comprehensive training program, you will gain a deep understanding of the company's service philosophy, systems, and tools, positioning you for career growth in the Personal Lines organization. You will provide consultative service, educate customers, and offer personal lines P&C products to ensure their insurance protection needs are met.Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls and make appropriate decisions or take action with minimal assistance. Counsel, educate, and provide accurate insurance advice by researching and resolving customer inquiries. Accurately interpret and verify coverages, data, and underwriting guidelines across multiple states. Respond to inquiries using established timeliness, quality, and effectiveness standards. Recommend and secure additional or increased coverage within carrier guidelines; provide quotes as required. Conduct full account reviews, ensuring customers are fully protected, and refer additional coverage opportunities to sales teams. Review and respond to written service requests; draft correspondence and request additional details when needed. Process policy changes, issuances, payment plan adjustments, and billing updates across multiple systems. Maintain customer satisfaction by following through on all billing adjustments and changes.Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines and/or P&C industry role, preferably in a call center environment. Active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License.Nice-to-Have Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience in offering and closing on needs-based coverage opportunities. Proven success in building strong business relationships with internal and external customers.Required Skills: Active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve complex issues independently.Preferred Skills: Sales experience in insurance products. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to changing situations and priorities. Technical proficiency with insurance systems and virtual communication tools.Additional Skills: Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and coverage requirements. Ability to provide accurate rate and coverage information. Organizational and time management skills. Patience and a positive attitude in customer interactions. Proficiency in Avaya, NICE, and POS systems.
