Personal Insurance Sales Manager

Base Pay Range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Qualifications:
  • Insurance Experience: Active Property & Casualty License required, along with 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance sales.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage different projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Clear and calm communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organization: Well-organized planning and operational skills.
  • Team Oriented: Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Goal-Setting and Achievement: Ability to set and achieve goals for team production.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
  • Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
  • Quote and sell policies!
  • Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization.

This is a Full-Time, In-Office role, located at 4500 Westown Pkwy, Ste 350 West Des Moines IA 50266.
