Insurance Defense AttorneyMelville, NY (Remote Flexibility Available) | $100K- $150K + bonus

We've partnered with a growing boutique litigation firm known for its trial success, mentorship culture, and dedication to work-life balance. The firm is expanding its team and seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to manage a caseload focused on personal injury and liability matters. The environment is supportive, and the firm offers strong infrastructure for both in-office and remote attorneys.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a personal caseload of litigation matters involving insurance defense (e.g., premises liability, construction accidents, property damage, transportation accidents)

• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings/motions, and appear in court as needed

• Work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys for strategy and development

• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel effectively

• Participate in trial prep and appellate advocacy as needed

What You'll Need:

• Active New York State Bar license

• 1+ year of experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation

• Strong communication, time management, and litigation skills

• Ability to handle your own caseload with support and autonomy

• Must be based in NY or within reasonable proximity for court appearances (some travel required)
