• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all matters related to insurance coverage, including catastrophe, good faith coverage, fair dealing, contractual liability, Commercial General Liability, and professional liability.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and legal documents to provide clear, concise, and accurate legal advice.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings related to insurance coverage disputes.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect clients' interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
• Keep abreast of changes in insurance law and industry trends to ensure the provision of up-to-date and relevant legal advice.

Job DetailsQualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing of the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney, specifically handling large loss insurance defense, mass tort litigation, and catastrophe.
• Proven experience with good faith coverage, fair dealing, and contractual liability.
• Solid knowledge of Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
