Process release of information requests. Billing electronic and paper claims. Review and enter charges. Research and resubmit problem claims. Research patient questions related to billing. General Revenue Cycle duties as assigned. Qualifications. Required:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Understanding the concepts, principles and practices of the revenue cycle. Exhibit progressive thinking towards the electronic medical record. Adapt easily to change in job duties and work environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office software. Ability to convey positive image and communication tactfully and professionally with staff, patients and the public. Ability to articulate hospital policy and regulations. Ability to work with diverse groups of people. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Preferred:Hospital billing experience preferred.
