Additional Details
- Prior business or franchise ownership is preferred but not required
- Previous insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in daily operations, budgeting, planning, staffing, or business/sales management is beneficial
- You must obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, and life & health before appointment
- Investment of liquid capital is required to cover startup costs. Allstate does not take possession of your capital, and there are no franchise fees. These funds remain under your control and are used for operational expenses such as payroll, lease, marketing, and utilities.
