The Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Administrator to support our Insurance Management department. This role is primarily focused on maintaining accurate record keeping, managing insurance policies, processing invoices, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. While experience in Insurance management or insurance is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update risk management records, including insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and claims documentation.
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in coordination with insurance brokers and carriers.
  • Process and track invoices related to insurance premiums, claims, and Insurance management services.
  • Assist in coordinating audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of Insurance management reports and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, insurance providers, and third-party vendors.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for all Insurance management documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the Insurance Management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Experience in Insurance management, insurance, or related administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Proactive demeanor that looks for the next deliverable and task to be accomplished.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated pay range is $70,000-$80,000 with a discretionary bonus. It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
