Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support student learning. Utilize diverse instructional strategies, including technology-enhanced learning, to accommodate various learning styles. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to promote academic growth. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessments in accordance with college policies. Student Engagement & Advisement Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation. Serve as an academic resource for students, offering guidance on coursework, study strategies, and academic progress. Encourage student engagement through active discussions, collaborative projects, and real-world applications of course material. Be available for student inquiries and provide office hours or virtual support as needed. Culture of Respect Promote an inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, equity, and mutual respect. Model professional behavior and ethical conduct in interactions with students, colleagues, and staff. Uphold academic integrity and encourage a culture of honesty and accountability.
