The School of Business invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Instructor or Assistant Professor of Management position at the Prescott Campus, with an anticipated start date of August 11, 2025. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Interested individuals must submit a cover letter, unofficial transcripts, evidence of teaching effectiveness (such as course evaluations or teaching awards), and a current curriculum vitae.
The School of Business, housed in the nation's only College of Business, Security and Intelligence, offers accredited business programs by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Additionally, Aviation Business Administration majors are accredited by the Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI). The School of Business uniquely offers an undergraduate forensic accounting degree in a traditional, on-campus environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Management, Project Management, or related field and previous teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. or DBA in Management or a closely related field, completed by August 11, 2025. Demonstrated record of (or high potential for) teaching excellence in Management, Project Management, and/or Aviation Management. Experience in designing and delivering courses that integrate aviation and business principles, as well as industry experience in aviation management or a related field, is highly desirable.
