Instructional Tech Consultant - Syracuse University : Job Details

The Instructional Technology Consultant is responsible for performing a variety of professional and administrative duties that facilitate critical operations in support of academics and the student experience. This position provides a full range of software and desktop computer and printer support, audio and video technical support and training to students, faculty and staff. Other responsibilities include preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Variable work schedule is required including evening, weekend, and special events assignments. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with two or more years of experience in electronic and mechanical technology/computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills is essential as well as the ability to work well with and supervise student workers.
