The Instructional Assistant will provide assistance to the Facilitator in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Requirements

• High school diploma (or recognized equivalent) and
• Must meet one of the following -
  • Completion of at least two years or study at an institution of higher education (defined as completion of 48 semester hours);
  • Posses an associate (or higher degree); or
  • Completion of Paraprofessional academic assessment training
• Educational Aide Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in an educational environment preferred.
