Instructional Aide QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current, valid educational assistant's permit with ESEA Endorsement. Must meet highly qualified requirements for paraprofessional. Ability to work in a team setting. Must have or be willing to complete appropriate training including Restraint Training. Experience working with Special Needs children preferred. Must have a successful drug test. Must have successful BCI and FBI background checks. Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description. Willingness to assist with special circumstances for students with medical needs.
