Installation Technician Responsibilities:
- Install, test, commission, service, and program fire alarm systems (both new and existing).
- Troubleshoot and program multi-brand fire alarm systems from various manufacturers.
- Diagnose system failures, replace defective components, and perform troubleshooting with electronic equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints, and manuals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and strong work habits.
Installation Technician Qualifications:
- Technical experience in fire alarm repair and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of fire alarm systems.
- Ability to work full-time and participate in on-call rotations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- S98 Certificate or NICET Level II certification.
- Experience with Edwards EST3/EST4 and Game well-FCI systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
