Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As an Installation Specialist, you will visit customers' homes to resolve issues and introduce them to cutting-edge smart home technology.

• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences.
• Educate customers on the use of their technology and suggest additional services as needed.
• Ensure your work area is tidy and maintain a professional demeanor while working independently, staying connected with your team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Must possess a clean driving record.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to travel as required and work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Capability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: Foster trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Problem-Solving: Address a variety of on-site challenges effectively.
• Determination: Work efficiently in tight spaces and unfriendly weather conditions.

Salary Range: Compensation: $22.25/Hour

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and satisfactory driving record. The compensation mentioned may include a combination of hourly pay and location pay differential.
