Installation Manager (10231)Who They Are Our client is one of the most recognizable names in windows and is looking for an Installation Manager to help develop strategies to ensure the business's continued growth and improve the overall customer experience within the installation process. This individual will be responsible for managing five install crews across the state of Michigan and have a direct line to corporate. What You'll Do

• Supervise team members
• Train, develop, and schedule crews
• Develop strategies to ensure the business's continued growth and profitability
• Review financial statements on a regular basis to analyze trends and identify opportunities
• Develop and manage processes to ensure a safe working environment

• 5+ years of related experience/training
