The purpose of this position: Provide inspection support for quality, manufacturing, and engineering. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and measurements of manufactured parts Performs optical and mechanical inspection. Cleans optical components for processing/shipment. May provide coordinate measuring machine inspection. Provides supply manufacturing support to expedite work flow through departments Prepares data package for shipment of product. Trains others as needed. Supports Material Review Board activities by providing data and completing nonconformance paperwork. Complies with ISO 9002 procedures. Analyze measurement results and compare them against the specified requirements to assess the conformance of parts. Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from the specified tolerances. Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation to communicate measurement findings and quality issues.
