Inspector (Full Time) - Day Shift - Nestl S.A : Job Details

This position is for 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm. The Inspector (Softgels) verifies the quality/integrity of the product. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Visually inspects softgels and removes unacceptable softgels. - Operates polish machines. - Operates sizing machines. - Sets scales with proper quantities. - Fills cartons with product, labels cartons, and stacks them on pallets. - Moves pallets with a hand jack. - Cleans trays with alcohol/water solution and stack trays to a height of no more than 75 inches. - Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance. - Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines. - Performs other duties as assigned.
