The Inspector, Associate is responsible for ensuring that in-process and completed work on railcars or railcar parts meet or exceed all Greenbrier, customer, and the Association of American Railroads requirements. Duties and Responsibilities. . Performs in-process inspections and notifies production of any additional required repairs. Notifies Quality Assurance Manager of non-conformances. Performs inspections in accordance with all applicable Greenbrier, customer, regulatory and statutory requirements. Follows all Environmental Health and Safety rules and regulations. Provides or assists in quality related training and guidance of work force crew. Liaisons with customers including technical issues or other customer requests. Qualifications.
