Insomniac Music Group - Publishing Coordinator - Live Nation Entertainment : Job Details

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Publishing Coordinator to join the Insomniac Music Group team in Los Angeles. This position will assist on day-to-day operations, keep client work and metadata organized, and work within a friendly and inspired setting. This position reports to the Publishing Manager, Insomniac Music Group. This is not a remote position. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle song registrations, metadata entry, and catalog maintenance. Coordinate license requests and royalty tracking for all clients. Support publishing A&R: session scheduling, maintaining pitch logs, cataloging demos. Liaise with label team goals to align on artist priorities and pitching opportunities for internal releases. Support sync and licensing efforts: development, pitching, and tracking. Oversee studio calendar for all label and publishing priorities. Communicate across departments to highlight key updates, placements, and opportunities.
