Job Title: Inside Sales Support Employment Type: ContractWork Hours: 40+hrs./week Work site: 100% RemoteLocation: 4 Irving Place, New York, NY Salary: $40 - $50/hrJob Description:The Inside Sales Support specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and providing technical support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) assistance. Additionally, the specialist will support various tasks in monitoring, tracking, and processing customer inquiries and invoices to achieve energy savings goals. Responsibilities:- Invoicing:
  • Review submitted invoice support documents for accuracy.
  • Process program invoices for Clean Heat incentives, Weatherization incentives, and overall program implementation within 15 days of receipt.
  • Manage customer eligibility checks.
  • Maintain strong communication with various teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Maintain, update, and report on the invoice tracker.
  • Track and process invoices in DMTS for payment.
  • Submit tickets in DMTS as needed to resolve bugs and process invoices.
- Technical Support:
  • Conduct UAT testing for Weatherization or new Clean Heat features in DMTS.
  • Perform backend DMTS uploading and submitting DMTS ticketing.
  • Support implementation contractors and DMTS integration.
- Customer Service:
  • Respond to and track customer inquiries submitted via email, interest form, or other means.
  • Report on trends and common questions encountered through customer interactions.
  • Recommend updates to website and print collateral to better address customer concerns.
  • Add customer complaints to the escalation tracker for resolution.
- Meeting Attendance:
  • Attend weekly DMTS calls.
  • Participate in weekly ICF calls (present on invoice updates).
  • Join weekly Resi priority calls.
- General:
  • Document processes and develop process improvements as applicable.
Working Hours:
  • Fully remote position, Shift time: 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, but flexible start times are available.
Misc. Information:
  • Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepancies is essential.
  • Experience with technical support and UAT testing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Weekly meeting attendance is required.
  • Documenting processes and suggesting improvements is encouraged.
