Our new offices and warehouse are located in Fort Mill, SC. Join a small team focused on innovation and diversity. We offer solutions to our customers and need you as our “Inside Sales Representative” on site.
You will report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to grow with this small subsidiary. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health Insurance, 401(k) Contributions, and PTO. You will also receive 1–2 weeks of training at our HQ in Germany.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement sales strategies with the Sales Manager and CEO.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.• Research and identify potential new customers and markets.• Organize and attend trade shows.• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.• Negotiate pricing and agreements.• Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activities.• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role with technical products.• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.• Technical understanding of machinery, parts, or components.• Familiarity with distribution and OEM markets.• Ambition, positivity, and eagerness to grow.• Knowledge of e-commerce and social media (preferred).• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.• Fluency in Spanish (required).
Career OutlookThis position is designed as an entry-level role with a clear development path. A successful “Inside Sales Representative” will have the opportunity to advance into a Junior Business Developer role, taking on more responsibility for direct customer engagement and market expansion across North America.
